We consider a wide range of standard and specialist commercial sectors. This includes, retail units, office buildings, industrial properties, and certain complex or unique commercial assets.

Do you consider first-time commercial landlords or buyers?

Yes, we consider first-time buyers and first-time landlords for commercial mortgages. However, full Personal Guarantees, and additional documentation may be required in these cases.

What are the minimum income requirements for a commercial mortgage with MT Finance?

A minimum personal income of £15,000 is required for applicants.

Can you lend to corporate borrowers with complex company structures?

We specialise in supporting corporate borrowers and can consider borrowers with complex company structures.

Are Personal Guarantees always required for commercial loans?

Personal Guarantees are only required for Commercial loans above 50% LTV, and where the interest-only period is not greater than 10 years. Certain sectors like Leisure/Lodging/Hospitality are excluded from this flexibility.

What is the maximum loan size for Commercial Mortgages?

We offer a maximum loan size of £2,500,000. This excludes product fees, which can be capitalised onto the loan.

Do you lend to Expat borrowers for commercial properties?

Yes, we consider Expat borrowers, provided they are residents in EEA or FATF member countries only.
