Sharing Information

mtf may share your information with third parties in association with your loan. Third parties may include valuers, solicitors, investors and customer retention management providers. When we share information with third parties, we will only disclose the personal information that is necessary. The company has also ensured that all hosting software used to store data will meet the requirements of the GDPR by 25th May 2018.

We also reserve the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

Where you provide information about other people, e.g. information about directors, partners, members, shareholders or beneficial owners other than yourself then you confirm that you have their consent to provide us with such information. Access/Control over your Personal Data

The GDPR provides you with a range of rights regarding your personal data.

You can request that mtf provides you with access to all the personal data we hold in a portable format, together with the right for your data to be corrected and up to date.

Your data can be provided free of charge, within one month of receipt, though we may request a reasonable fee in the event of a large or repeat request. We may extend this period by a further two months if required, though if this is the case, we will inform you within one month of the receipt of the request and explain why the extension is necessary.

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.
