MTF receive industry award for Service Excellence
MTF have been awarded the top prize for Service Excellence at the annual Bridging & Commercial Awards 2013.
The annual awards ceremony which brings together the bridging finance and bridging loan industry’s lenders and key brokers as well as commercial lenders from across the market was held on 20 June 2013.
MT Finance faced stiff competition this year in the category for Service Excellence with other nominated lenders in the same category including Aldermore, and United Trust Bank. It was however MTF who walked away with the top award following feedback and support from the industry’s leading brokers and packagers.
Having earlier been awarded the U.K.s Best Bridging Finance Lender at the Financial Reporter Awards in May 2013 the award provides further evidence of MTF’s status as one of the U.K.’s premier bridging finance companies.
Established in 2008, MT Finance are London based non status bridging finance lenders offering first charge loans, second charge loans, and bridging finance loans on residential and commercial property throughout England.
